1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, stays, and services provided by Naisula Camps And Lodges LTD (“the Camp”, “we”, “us”). By confirming a reservation or staying at the Camp, guests (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Reservations & Payments

A reservation is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as communicated at the time of booking.

Full payment must be made before arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rates are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise and may be subject to government taxes, levies, or park fees.

No refunds are issued for early departures, unused services, or circumstances beyond our control (weather, travel delays, wildlife activity, etc.).

5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:

Follow all safety instructions provided by camp staff.

Respect wildlife, the environment, and park regulations.

Supervise children at all times.

Use camp facilities responsibly and report any damages.

Ensure personal belongings are secured; the Camp is not liable for loss or theft.

6. Wildlife & Safety
Our camp is located in a natural wildlife area. By staying with us, you acknowledge that:

Wildlife may be present in and around the Camp at any time.

Movement after dark must require an escort for safety.

You participate in all activities (game drives, walks, excursions) at your own risk.

The Camp is not responsible for injuries or incidents resulting from wildlife encounters or failure to follow safety guidelines.
7. Health, Insurance & Medical Care

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and stay in a remote safari environment.

Comprehensive travel insurance—including medical evacuation—is strongly recommended.

The Camp does not provide medical services; the nearest medical facilities may be several hours away.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, epidemics, transportation issues, or park authority decisions.
9. Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to tents, furnishings, or camp property due to negligence or misuse. Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the guest.

10. Third‑Party Services
The Camp may arrange services provided by third parties (e.g., transfers, park activities). We are not responsible for the performance, safety, or conduct of third‑party providers.

11. Photography & Marketing
Unless you request otherwise in writing, the Camp may use non‑identifiable photos taken on the property for marketing purposes. Guests must respect the privacy of others when taking photos or videos.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Tanzanian courts or through mutually agreed arbitration.
13. Amendments
The Camp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
